Almost every vegan candle sold is marketed as “eco” or “sustainable” but sadly isn't. In our view, it isn't the fault of the brands selling the candles; the industry is to blame for making these claims on the waxes. You really have to dig deep to find out what is really happening! Luckily that is our department! Ours really are entirely natural.
Here at Coraline Skincare, we have created a new wax blend ourselves using only certified-organic and wild-harvested ingredients because we couldn’t find a fully organic vegan option anywhere. Kevin’s kitchen background helps him to look at a challenge and find a solution. It has taken a lot of time and testing to get it right, but we are delighted with the results.
We see our skin treatment candles as not only filling a huge gap in the market, but also something crucial to help the planet and wildlife - especially the deforestation resulting from growing the soy and rapeseed used in wax candles. Not only are ours kind to the planet, but to your skin too - our multi-purpose aromatherapy candles melt into a warm, nourishing balm for your body.

We absolutely love candles and have long wanted to make our own unique version of them. It is also fair to say that the reality is that the very act of burning something indoors means there will also be some potential fumes to take into account. Our bodies are not designed to be exposed to, and to breathe in, these heavily processed elements when we burn a candle.
Our mission is to minimise those to the lowest level possible. And that is what we have done.

Wax Skin Benefits:
Together, myrica wax, cocoa butter, and coconut oil melt into a warm, nourishing balm that deeply conditions and replenishes the skin. This natural blend forms a breathable, protective layer that locks in moisture, softens texture, and restores elasticity without feeling heavy or greasy. Each ingredient works in harmony to soothe dryness, enhance suppleness, and leave the skin silky, radiant, and beautifully cared for.

A natural comfort for the mind, chamomile quiets restlessness and encourages deep relaxation. It soothes emotional stress and helps restore inner peace.

Renowned for its calming nature, lavender helps still the mind, ease worryand invites gentle rest. It creates a feeling of serenity and emotional ease.
How to Use Your Candle
Burn for around 30 minutes to create a pool of melted wax. Blow out the candle and allow it to cool for 1-2 minutes. Test the melted wax on a small patch of skin before gently massaging into your hands or body.
Please note: wax at the bottom of the glass may become very hot when fully melted. Always check the temperature before use.
Candle Care
- On first burn, allow the wax to melt across the full surface (around 30 minutes) to prevent tunnelling (this is when the candle burns straight down the middle, leaving unmelted wax around the edges).
- If tunnelling occurs, smooth the softened wax from the sides with your finger and apply it to your skin.
- Always trim the wick to 0.5cm once the wax has reset to prevent fast or uneven burning.
- Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts or flammable materials.
- Burn for no longer than 60-90 minutes at a time in a well-ventilated space.
Candle Fumes
Our candles are handmade in small batches using only the finest organic and wild-harvested natural waxes and plant butters, free from chemical processing. The wicks are organic cotton coated in the same wax. Even so, burning any candle will naturally create some fumes. For best use, burn for no longer than 60-90 minutes at a time, always in a well-ventilated space.
Each candle is designed as a treatment balm rather than a continuous burning candle - enjoy short burns to create enough melted balm for use.
Warnings
- Can cause allergic reaction - check allergens on the back of the pack and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Not recommended during pregnancy.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Do not relight when wax is under 0.5cm.
- May be harmful to aquatic life and the environment if released.
- Keep wax clear of debris and old matches.
- Never move a burning candle.
- Never use liquid to extinguish a candle.
- Keep the candle upright and away from heaters or radiators.
The label and box are printed using FSC certified paper which can be recycled along with the glass. To remove any candle residue when the candle has finished use a butter knife or spoon and scoop out the wax and wick, which is easy to do. Wipe out and recycle or reuse.

We have a 28 day policy on our returns once we have dispatched our soaps. We will accept returns on any unused products, providing they are in their original condition and packaging of sale during this period. You will be responsible for paying for any costs to return the goods to us in their original condition.
