UK SHIPPING

ROYAL MAIL (STANDARD SHIPPING)
Orders under £25 –––––––––––– £3.50
Orders £25 and over ––––––––– FREE SHIPPING
Orders placed by midnight will be dispatched the following morning - standard shipping usually takes 2-4 business days.

ROYAL MAIL (EXPRESS SHIPPING)
Orders under £35 –––––––––––– £5.50
Orders £35 and over ––––––––– FREE SHIPPING
Normally will arrive following business day if placed before 8am.

EUROPE SHIPPING
We have taken the difficult decision to stop deliveries to the EU for the time being. We tried very hard to facilitate and manage deliveries but sadly there were too many delivery delays and issues, and that has made it impossible to continue.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Return policy:

We carefully check each and every product carefully before it leaves our store.  The quality of our products is the most important thing for us.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, or there is a problem with your order, please get in touch at hello@coralineskincare.com where we will do all that we can to fix it.

If you change your mind before you receive a dispatch confirmation, just get in touch via email and we can offer a full refund.  As soon as the goods have left, and you have received a dispatch confirmation, we have a 28 day policy on our returns. We will accept returns on any unused products, and provide a full refund to the original payment, providing they are in their original condition and packaging of sale during this period. You will be responsible for paying for any costs to return the goods to us in their original condition.
